My gorgeous patient is 6 weeks after an open septorhinoplasty. In addition to breathing better, she wanted to reduce the dorsal protuberance and rotate her nasal tip. As you can see on her postoperative view, she has a smoothed appearance to the sides of the nose (dorsal lines) as well as a reduction of her dorsal protuberance (“hump”). Her tip was rotated up slightly and narrowed. Her nose does not look fake or overdone and fits the rest of her facial features well. Her incision is still healing and will be imperceptible in a few months. She will still have an improvement in swelling and more refinement over the next several months. She is very happy with her results and we are too!
