My stunning patient underwent an open septorhinoplasty approximately one month ago for functional and cosmetic reasons. She has healed rather quickly and has a beautiful appearance to her new nose. The patient’s nose is now more narrowed at the upper aspect of her nose (nasal bone reduction). She has a reduction of a dorsal protuberance (“hump”) and straightening of the curvature of the nose on profile view. There is a beautiful yet subtle rotation of her nasal tip. Her nose looks very natural and not overdone. As she is only one month postoperative her incision is still healing, but will be imperceptible in a few months. She’s beautiful on multiple views! We are very happy with her results!
