This is an 18 year old female who was always bothered by a bump on the left side of her nose, followed by a depression and deviation of the lower part of the nose. She also felt the tip was “droopy”. This seemed to be congenital as there was no history of trauma. The postoperative photos are shown 2 weeks after the surgery. The scar between the nostrils is healing very well and is almost invisible even just 2 weeks later. She has improved contour to the nose as well as a more straightened appearance. On her basal view, her nose is more triangular-shaped as opposed to more trapezoidal, with more definition and rotation at the tip. Although she is still swollen, she is still presentable at 2 weeks postoperative.
