This gentleman was bothered by a dorsal protuberance or “hump” as its sometimes referred to. He also had a slightly droopy tip. He underwent an open rhinoplasty to correct these issues.The postoperative image is of the patient on his one year follow up after septorhinoplasty. As you can see, he looks great after one year. There is no evidence of nasal collapse. The patient is breathing better, has a straight appearance to his nose, reduction of his nasal hump, and improvement of a droopy tip. More importantly, it is not obvious that any surgery was done.
